Defective/Incorrect Product Returns
If you would like to return goods claiming that they are defective or that you have received the incorrect product, we must be notified within the 14-day period. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your return request. We will only pay for the return delivery once it has been confirmed via photos that the product is indeed defective. We will send you a returns label which you should attach to the package together with the returns form. You can then take it to a delivery centre for it to be sent back to us. Once the product has been returned to our warehouse we will examine it and notify you of your refund.
All Other Product Returns
If you would like to return an item for any other reason (for example: no longer needed, accidental order), you should also inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. In this case you will need to pay for the return delivery costs (process detailed below) and will be refunded upon our receipt of the product in a new and unused condition.
To return an item(s) firstly print the Returns Form we have sent you, complete it (and attach the returns label if we have sent you one) and return it with your goods to:

We would recommend that, if you are paying for the return yourself, you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the returns form the reason for return.
The returned goods must be in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
